Ok so i'm working at a car dealership doing a reno i'm doing all the block inside as i'm a bricklayer. There is a labouer guy who is a muslim from one of those countrys he was walking round saying allh hail allh or some crap he came over to me and showed me his hand grenade belt buckle and said he is a terrorist. And he will pull the pin and blow us up well he thought it was funny i just said you are not funny but man i just thought it was wrong i'm from england and those guys blew up part of london. Whats you take on this ive worked in construction all my life and can take a joke and what ever but i think this was a bit to far.

Start bringing in bacon, ribs, pulled pork sandwiches, ham sandwiches etc for lunch. Then just start telling him about how great it is and he just has to try some!

I think I would have mentioned it to the police, at least ask them what they think. All of us need to be a bit more aware of what is happening around us, even though Canada is a pretty safe country. Making threats ,even jokingly, has gotten people into legal trouble

I wouldnt have put up with it. That seems a bit too far for a joke. There would have been either legal action or he would have been gone.

I thought about this after too, I'm pretty sure the RCMP doesn't take terrorism threats lightly, no matter how "jokingly" they are. I'd be having a chat with your supervisor about it. If buddy wants to pretend he's a suicide bomber, he can do so in whatever country he came from.

Exactly. Uttering threats is a criminal offense. If he'd done it at an airport he'd still be in jail! I'd have called the cops instantly.
