Dublin or Glasgow..... best bang for your free buck....

Agreed, best bang for sure just not really seeing anything that really intrigues me, not really into the pub scene anymore. Probably some cool history though.

I'm thinking New Orleans, Tennessee etc.

I've been to 3 spots in Mexico, Dominican, Aruba,Hawaii

Frankly I dont think I could handle flying all the way to Europe on those tiny westjet planes.

If you've never been to Cuba I'd recommend it before the Americans get in and ruin it. Land in Varadero and find a way to Havana for half the trip. Lots of beautiful hotels, safe and decent food if you are adventurist.

Agreed... Veradero is my happy place, Havana was cool to see but one day there was enough for me personally

Cuba sucks. 80% of Canadians I have asked say the same thing too. We love maui and I would go there.

Disagree Cuba was nice all depends on where you stay. I'd go back in a heart beat before they open it up to even more tourism which will turn it into Mexico.

So you guys liked the food? The no toilet paper in public places? I am talking off resort for no toilet paper. Or the begging for money/ or buy cigars? Sure the water and beach is nice but the booze is low quality. The food most of the time sucks. I don't want to deal with people always wanting money or to sell me stuff while I am relaxing. I want to be able to eat anything or drink anything without worrying about where it's coming from. I like that fact I don't need to take shots to go to Maui. Guess I have been spoiled by better places lol

Was in Antigua Sandals resort 4 years ago. It was amazing. Liked it better than the Jamaica White House sandals. I think everybody relaxes differently. We never left the resort. You pay good money to stay there, may as well enjoy it.
