Snowmobile accident claims one life

EDMONTON (630 CHED) - A snowmobiler is dead after crash north of Stoney Plain Sunday afternoon.
It happened near highway 37 close to Onoway.
The 34 year old man was out with a group of four to five other snowmobilers traveling through a field.
Its believed the victim went up over a hill, lost control, fell off the machine flying into the air, then landing on the handlebars causing severe head and chest injures.
En route to hospital, the man went into cardiac arrest and died.
No name has been released.
