Site Upgrade Issues !!

I keep getting weird messages like the on below ever since the site was ungraded...somewhat random but frequent enough to become a pain in the azz..Ron...you aware of this?

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 30570 bytes) in /home/snowandm/public_html/forum/showthread.php on line 1273
