OK, Heres how you do it,

goto QLINKS -> EDIT PROFILE -> EDIT AVITAR -> custom avitar

then Upload but it must be max 80 x 80 or no more than 19.5 KB
You may have to download an avitar creater from the internet and convert the image.

Anyone having troubles. This is the one to use.
It took me about ten minutes, and 3 tries. But works great.:d
