The county of Parkland wants to ban all ohv on public land and these people
are sleazy enough to do it meeting going to be on May 10 I hope that iam wrong on this and its just bad rumor.Each and every day we lose our rights a
a little bit each time. I hope the rider in the county showup to the meeting whether a sledder or a quader their power in numbers I argue with these people before and they are real dumb a.. they will sign bills and not reseach

That sucks Im waiting for them to ban ATVs in the wood lands county after from what I heard from a guy I work with that a ATV was the cause of a fire near whitecourt I belive on friday, said the guy was pretty much arrested and in jail b4 the fire departmwnt showed up to put it out.

He may have been riding an ATV.... but that didn't cause the fire, Dumbass lit a campfire which got out of control...

Really?!?! I didn't know that. The guy's an idiot. People blab about how big wheels cutting up mudholes are going to get our areas shut down, but me thinks this douchebag and douchebags like him will beat 'em to the punch.

As far as I've heard they just want to keep them out of the ditches. The ditch on Range Rd 15 for example has been repaired and seeded numerous times. They just get it done and some azz rips it all up with an ATV! I can see their point. Too many riders do not use common sense. You are allowed to ride on the farthest right part of the road if it looks like the ditch is not the best place to ride!

Would be scary to lose riding areas. We ALL need to consider cleaning up our act or risk the loss. I went out to Bruderheim on the weekend and can't believe the crap people are just throwing around. When the locals see this kind of stuff no wonder they are pissed! I spend a little time cleaning up some junk. Consider doing it too and if the cops are around make sure you let them get the idea that you are. Its good PR for us. Don't #$@%^ a good thing.
(PS.. sorry for the mini rant...but at least I fell better lol)
