Ruined weekend, but good news

Was planning on racing the RZR900 this weekend, and logged onto the website and they say its cancelled.

I talked to dave over at super daves MX, and he said i was welcome to bring my rzr over there for some riding on the track.

i think it would be awesome if some other side by sides came out and we had our own little race day haha

thats too bad. i was actually thinking of going to check that out being as it was only an hour away. something i was thinking about getting into. give me a reason to gut a 900 and play with some goodies!

yea it was disappointing.

i think it would have been a good time, and pretty cool to see all the other UTVS going head to head.

The organizers were disappointed as well, but it didnt generate much response, as you can imagine it is a lot of work to prep and hold a race, so with very little feed back it was decided to cancel.

One way to make sure it happens next year, .....


Get involved, show up for the planning meeting, help ,,,,,,,

The group would love some new blood, new ideas ......

Is it a dirt bike track???? SXS on a dirt bike track is not that much fun. If the track was set up for SXS racing that would be sweet. Someone let me know what kind of track please. Hamster were looking to go for a ride this weekend you looking to do some ditch bangen.

it is a dirt bike track, and i have been there on my bike, i think it would be fun on a side by side because there are actually 4 tracks, and most of the jumps dont have gaps, so you could just roll them if you really wanted too. plus you wouldnt have to worry about not making the gap if you did want to catch some air.

and the other 3 tracks some of them dont even have jumps so i think it would be a good time.

but as for this weekend i think i will check this track out just because its something i havent done in the rzr, and think it would be fun. you should come out

The first three races were on MX tracks, the Sept Alberta Triple Crown Race was going to be a crosscountry race built specifically for that race, the plan was to have at leasttwo different tracks ...one more off road/MX for the 2wd quads and one for the 4wd quadsand Side by sides.....


Was really looking forward to it, again it will happen ifyou get involved...
