Hey,
Getting in one of the last few rides for biking before the weather turns sideways, hitting up Waiparous on Friday and Maclean on Saturday, if you're in the area and up riding with some new blood, let me know!

We rode Drumheller last weekend, the Hoodoo's East. So nice, warm and dry!

We might try Waip this weekend, or even Maclean. Depends on if I go float the Bow this weekend for some Bull's!

If by Friday I know where we are riding I'll post up. Last few rides we have met some new talent. I missed out on the rides where my friends met the talent of the female variety.

Yammy, if we hit up McLean on the Thanksgiving long weekend, it will be the Friday during the day just to avoid some of the weekend traffic. Could really use a tour guide though! :)

Some of those mud holes can sneak up on you out there!
They've been bogged, bogged, and re-bogged.
A few have their own special brand of mud.
At least he got out, there's an abandoned Chev Yukon up to the wheel wells just off the trail about 2km south of the store. Guess the city tires should stay in the city.

haha thats for sure!
You gotta give them some credit for making in it as far as they do though, some of them make it in pretty deep!

They opened the trail up again to Elbow? Last time we were through there it was closed.

Looks like a nice weekend. I suffered floating down the Bow catching Rainbow's and Brown's...

The trail itself is still out, but you can park your bikes and walk up the trail - only takes about 10 mins at most. A few douchers still rode their bikes up the rocks, but i guess if you don't get caught....! Definitely was a solid weekend, super dusty, but i guess thats the toss up.

Haha way to carry the burden! Catch any winners?

I don't mind a little dust when riding, much easier to clean off.

Nordegg was in great shape as well - weather was perfect, ground was pretty dry for a nice change. This is absolutely my favourite time of year to dirt bike, weather and riding conditions are just awesome.

Yammy - so we've decided were just going to stick to Nordegg on the long weekend, just easier for us. But I am looking forward to meeting you at the premier!

I totally agree with you! This is my first real summer/fall season and i don't want it to end!! Its awesome having so many places so close to home too, we're pretty lucky!

No worries about the long weekend, maclean is a bit of a trek for you to come! I will definitely be at the premier, do you know any decent hotels around there? I don't know the area well enough to know which are good! I'll either be coming up from Calgary or Down from Fort Mac, so i'll need a soft place to land!
