i have 2 06 rev summits and on both of them the right handlebar warmer doesn't work. on high or low the left one works and the same with the thumb warmer. its just the right one that kicked the bucket. was this a problem on these sleds or do i just have bad luck? thanks.:confused::beer:

My wife’s sled was like that. It is a cat though. The last 3 rides they did not work even though I told her they did. I just did not want to fix them. Well that excuse is running out now so I have it all torn apart with all new stuff for this year. Those warmers are just heat tape so the wires pull off easy. Check your connections to the heat tape and double check the wires have not torn off. I think for my wife from here on I will just change out the heat tape every year that way I don't have to listen to it. With hers they chittly little things, so they don't last long. I would think that you are more comfortable on your right side so that is the side that hits tree more and lays in the snow more.

Go down to a quad/sled store and buy a set of good ones for a quad or sled. I've been running the ones you can buy at Blackfoot Motorsports for quads on both my sleds and no issues with them so far. Use air to install the grips and then you can pull the grips off (no sticky glue) if the warmers crap out and replace them without having to cut the grips off.

Check the connector at the steering post, under your pad. The black wire was the one that came out on me. Just give all the wires a little tug 1 at time to see if anyone of them come out. Hope this helps.
