Just wondering if anyone knows if its possible to replace one axle at a time.

i need to replace my front drivers axle and would like to put on a gorilla axle.
can i install a gorilla axle on the drivers side and run with a stock axle on the passenger side for a while?

I don't see why not, but if you have to order the axle,.. might be better to order both to save on shipping another axle later on.

Have you looked at superatv.com axles?

well i have unfortunately become a moderate expert in rhino axles, i did what you said but in the rear end did one gorilla when i broke the stocker, then did the other rear later when i broke that one(budget restrictions). now just had a gorilla go but i have enough parts that a stock one is going back in, as i have a stripped front locker my front axles dont break. i would not buy gorillas again, although they are better than stockers i have had a lot of boot failures, 2 clamps(factory clamps) came loose, plus one torn boot. although they are the same price or less than stockers i would lean towards the super axles in the front for sure, the only one that concerns me in the super axle is the right rear, as my gorilla rubs my shock mount ever so slightly and the super axle is supposed to be bigger.

I rode with gorilla axels all around except for one on the rear. The gorilla broke before the stocker if you can believe that. I just bought an Empi axel on ebay. I used to sell vw parts and empi was a good product. The Empi axel is the same dia as the gorilla but the cvs are a little smalller. All in all the empi was half the cost and just as good as a gorilla IMO. So yes, you can run one stocker, dont waste your money on gorilla, their customer service sucks. I have broken 2 of them and still have the stocker in on the one side. FYI i have a stock front axel I can sell you cheap.
