We put a Skinz hood on our M6. The Skinz hood comes with brackets in place for mounting gauges and lights. We re-used the stock wiring harness and gauge. The kit also comes with an air intake filter. For lighting we installed a pair of Cyclops 50 watt halogen lights. They out perform the stock lighting system by far. The hood is holding up great for the abuse it has been taking. The sled has been rolled multiple times, numerous close encounters with trees and rearended another sled which had a hitch on it. The hitch tore the fabric which was easily stitched back up. If number one son had used black thread instead of green no one would probably even notice the tear. The removable panels have also been put to use as we have been riding in warmer weather conditions with deep powder and the heat can be seen radiating out when coming to a stop. The next sled with a Skinz hood for us will be the Nytro to help with some of the overheating problems we have been having with it when it has been working hard. Check them out on our website or drop us a pm if you have any questions.
