remove Doo tunnel stiffners

Hey, just picked up some stiffeners from specialty sleds and need to remove the old doo stiffners. broke 3 drill bits trying to drill out rivets...

Any suggestions? anyone try this?

Use a bigger bit, 1/4 or 3/8 or even a 1/2 if you are careful. you only want to drill off the head not drill trough the center pin. might have to vise grip the back side so it does not spin while drilling.

where is a good place to buy ski-doo gears and good price. looking for a 19/45 and I think it is for a 13 chain anyone know. Thanks

if your not in a hurry, try ebay. I picked all my gear off there this year and saved a bunch. Just make sure you buy it from Canada because of the dollar.

I bought gears from specialty sleds. Paid a little more than had i ordered from royaldistributors, or recreation supply but I had it and if I chose to chang my mind I can return it.
