Arctic Cat Recalls Snowmobiles Due to Laceration Hazard

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled snowmobiles, and contact Arctic Cat to schedule for a free installation of an additional clutch guard and inspection of the primary clutch. If the primary clutch is cracked, Arctic Cat will replace it free of charge.

Cat getting their clutches made at the same place as Polaris?

The Canadian recall does not say the clutch will be replaced if cracked. Figuring it would be though.
Also read the stipulations about if the sled has a power adder or even a clutch kit they won't put a clutch on it.
Why see if the clutch is cracked, they all fail so just replace it, kind of a bs recall.
I will be waiting the full 18 months and making sure the clutch needs replacement.
