just wondering, has anybody installed a kit from tracks usa 121 to 136 zx chassis? need to know if you have to drill out the rivits for the old snow flap mount. Im having a hard time installing the extension kit overtop of the factory kit because of the old rivits in the way. has any body removed it? Im thinking that it might have something to do with the stucture of the tunnel, I need some serious opinions before I start drillin next sunday! I have some pics if needed. let me know

Thanks

I know that I have to drill out the 4 rivits on the snow flap but Im wonderin about the rivits on the very rear of the tunnel( that peice that the flap gets rivited onto, its a seperate peice about 2 inches wide and goes across the tunnel. flap gets mounted into) There is about 16 rivits and about 4 or 5 go though the heat exchanger. I will post some pics if i know how tomarrow after work.

The peice that rivets to the tunnel that your snow flap get's riveted to needs to be removed so yes you drill out the rivets.. Then after you re-rivet the heat exchanger to the new extension( put rivets back in the holes you drilled out) so that it goes thru all layers including new extension..

Ask the guy who stole my ZX chassis, when the cops recovered it a year ago the loser went from 121 to 136. Would you like his phone number?
