As a taxpaying citizen of Canada, everyone should be outraged about convicted criminals collecting old age pensions in prison.

Lots of whining all the time, its now time to stand up to the government and let your voice be heard.

Sign the petition below to help stop allowing criminals access to rights that they willingly took away from someone else. It's pretty sad when the victim's widow can't collect their partners pension for a life spent working, while the murderer in jail is able to collect it instead.

I signed it! what a joke. free room and board, and they get paid to be in there. thats better than welfare! us working stiffs get to pay for them! use that money to pay for more jails and make them work for there keep! no work..... no food! jails might get less populated! I have to work for my food! also put thm in pink underware! they do that in the states in one jail!

Yep, jails should support themselves, make them go clean up highways, all that BS instead of paying people to do it. Signed, it is getting out of control. Got to lesson the amount of people in jail to, 1 bullet is a lot cheaper then housing them for years on end.........
