Primer or Choke?

Just wondring what every one likes better on their sled, a primer or a choke?.. i personally like the primer better.

Go with the best of both worlds and run both of them. I have done that on my older sleds and it works well. Haven't done it to my current ones, but I think I will put a primer on them.

i only use the primer maybe 3 times a year on my 01 skidoo.. first start of the season and anytime i dont ride for about a month or so. the father has an 03 700 summit with no primer and the first start of the season we just pour a little gas in each cylinder and she fires up no problem, then its good all year.

 

[Ancient Sledder]

The primer is good if you are still old tech {like me} and still have to change jets. It fills the float bowls faster than pulling on the rope.
