Has anyone had their primary clutch sheaves collide when they have blown up belt? On weekend I blewup a belt, went to install new belt and noticed that the flat vertical section before the taper on very bottom of clutch sheaves were beat up. Fragments everywhere. Am I in the market for a new clutch or will I be able to get away with filing off high spots. I can't see it as a huge issue as the belt never really rides there. Not sure if it even contacts the sheave there when at idle. What do you guys think?
