i use F1 the ultimate metal polish. there is three grades to it, fine medium and coarse but i recommend the medium its your best all purpose polish. phone sapphire at 780 435 3222 and they can tell you who sells it closest to you or ship it out !

what is the cost, and do you start with the medium and finish with the fine?
also once you have polished your tunnel do you apply a wax to protect & keep the shine?

so once you polish them once do they stay like that for a long time, or do they go back to look like poop after one ride?
