polaris 800 4x4 in reverse wont engage

i have a 2011 sportsman 800 i bought it new. the 4x4 stopped working in reverse only, everything on the dash cluster works properly even the all wheel drive lights up, its says it is in reverse and when i do push in the override button it does still override the speed just wont give me all 4 wheels can anyone help me.

The difference lock is broken or wiring to it has now power ect

It's a weak point in them and if u have over size tires they don't last


It's a plastic part inside that locks up

is your 4x4 working properly in forward? does it turn on and off like it should?
