Hey all, been a while since ive been on, however Scored a sweet job in Yellowknife NWT, and with it some toys. My issue is i got a 2003 Polaris 550 Fan sport touring last year and it sags a lot in the track. Im new to tracks, not motors, so need some help and what did you do kinda advice.
Im 300 6'2" dude (its small for me but it was cheap, working) with a 3yr son who loves to go with me on al the toys. Down side, last year i turned the torsion springs and that worked for ice and drifts. Hit the trails yesterday and was sloppy.
So, with all my machines, i think i need stronger suspension, and with that what can i get? ive googled alot and most things are not for my year make and model.
As far as i know is this,
Rear shock is 11" (someone only made ref to M10)
theres 2 straps front
what seems to be an hydrolic/ dampener in the rear.
2x torsion springs
Also, front i was thinking of getting plastic skis (cheap) and some better front end shock.
Any advice, make models of shocks, springs?
thanks
Troy
