That is a great video of your Phanton teth-air cordless tether Chris.. I’ve been running it for two seasons now on my 2020 850 Khaos and it has performed as advertised without a hitch.
Keep up the great work!!!

So, if your throttle hand leaves the bar for more than 0.5-3.0 seconds, the sled shuts off? Or what dictates the sled shutting off?

If your throttle hand leaves the bar and your speedometer is showing movement on the track for .5 - 3s, then it will shut off the sled.

I ran it on my sled this year. Absolutely fantastic product. Worked flawlessly. I really like not having to clip up the tether. Install and fit and finish is great. No clips on mine. Plug and play.

The blue wire ties we supply are extreme low temperature design. They are used as the weak link so they can break away if you rip the Teth-air off on a tree. we really have no issues with them.

We tried many styles of connectors on the market and this particular one has worked flawless for several years. The Polaris and Cat have a tether plug but the Doo has no other way for us to make this connection without adding a big bump to the price. Some customers choose to solder.

We do have a rotating ad going with Snow and Mud but you are right we should update it. The Teth-Air body has changed slightly since the last photos, with a one piece design so its a bit cleaner. We are testing out new suppliers right now to see what they can offer so will wait for the 2022 model now that it is late in the season. That Snowtrax video is not releasing until September either, right now it is a Snow and Mud early premiere.
