my advice, SAVE YOUR MONEY! trust me i know how temting it is, but in the long run you could use that $$ toward a bigger, newer sled. I find doing mods is like a hobby, it costs lots of money and time. if you like that, then go for it!

a good place to start would be what maxwell said.

I have a cheater head that might fit that motor for cheap, will give you a bit more power in the mid to top plus better cooling.

Yup you have something that is decent to ride just stick with it and put money away for a bigger sled in 2 years.....Theres nothin wrong with the free mods ive seen you do in your garage witch is a good thing. But stay away from twins unless you have the experence to tune your motor correctly for them or have the cash for a new top end. If i were you i would keep doin the little things that are free and improve your rideability factor i.e the riser and running board grips you came up with.

top ends and twin pipes are unrelated.

but the 600 is a small plant to build off. i would save for a larger newer chassis aswell. something with altitude compensation.

im not one to talk. i have a skidoo 600 that dynos MORE hp than my rkt 827 with full exhaust.

also beats it in an uphill race to. it can be done but like mentioned you need to know what you are doing especially with those motors as they are not automatically compensated. you could go up or down in elevation and toast your motor because you do not have it tunned correctly
