Paying for S&M items

How the hell do you pay for S&M items from the store. I can see my pending order, print off the invoice but then what do I do with it, am I missing something here??

When you click on shipping and payment icon a printer friendly icon pops up and no other information.

haha had same thing happen made order and closed screen and week later taa daa....its on it's way....threw paypal:d

When you make an order it sends me an email. Then when processing the order, It will send you an email with the exact amount. You live so close to me, I'll just drop it by..:d
