is this in powder or hard pack. are you running with scrathers on hard pack? Your sled has the front heat exchanger on it.
I concur with hayastusa- 120-126 in powder. Only time i hit 130 is on hard pack and then the scratchers come down if i have to run on hard pack for any length of time. Otherwise i pull into powder and it drops to 122 right away.
How you liking your Poo Hayastusa?
you dealer has misinformed you if he thinks the rmk has no front track cooler. I have the same sled as you and mine had one. I removed it. The assault and dragon are the only models without a front cooler. Make sure you have enough coolant in the sled as well. I would say the snow conditions are not goo enough to cool the sled properly.

the bulkhead cooler is mounted under the motor, (parts diagram attached, if the upload worked that is)
#15 is the bulkhead heat exchanger
the dealer told me no rmk model in 2010 or 2011 has them assualts or just rmks, and i dont have scratchers on, i ride crosscountry lots so fields and powder, but lately the contions are bad the wind and rian crusted everything over, i was thinking about scratchers but dont kno howd they work with my ride style, i like to jump and carve and all that
I've never used cable scratchers, but if you're stuble jumping, they might suit you better on wind blown fields.
Your front cooler is visible from underneath, back of the bulk head. Looks just like a flat piece of aluminum.
Not sure who you mean by "Dealer", but talk to anyone you can in parts, sales and service. You'll soon find out that 1/2 of them in each dept don't know fly chit from pepper. The're simply loyal, they cover holidays and stupid enough to split a sale when they can't answer customers questions.
Good luck
yea they sure do like to bullch!t, half the stuff they tell me isnt true....you have any troubles with your rmk
