Oil Restrictor

just wondering what most people are using as an in line restrictor on the pressure side of the turbo (oil) ??? ive heard lots of sizes lately, anything from a 35 (pilot jet) to no restrictor at all........ anyone have any answers ?

Depends what your tied into for a oil supply, some have the system like alpine with the oil filter piggy back plate, some drill into the oil cooler and thread a restrictor fitting into it, this method is the Boondocker set-up.
It also depends on what size turbo and type you are using and how much oil flow is required for it as some use oil for cooling and lubrication. I believe you should run some type of restriction as the oil pressure is to high and can cause turbo seals to weep/leak especially when the oil is cold it pressures up the turbo housing.
