Heading out tomorrow am for the week. As long as there has been some fresh the past few days there is no way its all pounded out! Always fresh track to be laid as most are too scared to venture off.

You said it. So many times we hear that there is now good snow and when we get there we ride fresh snow for three days straight. And most of the time we ride lower than the cabin at boulder. In the trees is where it is at. Always fresh snow doesnt matter if it has not snowed for three or four days.

Be careful below the cabin. Some steep areas there. Some guys are probably still walking up to the trail from Kirkup Cr.and will be going back tomorrow for sleds, possibly with the help of a chopper

Re: Official REVY Riding conditions 2011/12

We came down the trail at Boulder on Sunday night and meet a crew of 7 guys (or at least 6) packed on one sled ! Gave a few a ride down to the parking lot. Hopefully they all got the sleds out (at a reasonable cost !) Seen where they dropped, and thought...... hmmm..... that is not Sunday night drop spot LOL !

Did they get confused or thought they would try a new area? Should have been a smaller heli bill from that low and 6 sleds!

There was so much snow a couple of weeks ago that I had to deploy the Avy bag in the meadow just to be safe...
