No idlers?

Anyone run without idlers? The bearings are shot in mine and I want to take them off rather than replace bearings.

Seems like the hyfax would almost wear more evenly without the idlers?

Just make sure you always run scratchers. A few years back a buddy didn't run his for about 20 km back to the truck and when he parked the sled the track clips melted into the hyfax.

x2 on the scratchers. You`ll be fine as long as you use them. You need them regardless of idlers on or off.

my new mod sled has no idlers.....just the two innies at the back! lol......with scratchers!

Bogies....
Idlers are the back wheels.
Some people I know did a test with and without the bogies, and found less resistance with them on.
