Hello all,
Name is Steve and I live and ride in Fort McMurray, Alberta. I currently ride an '09 MXZ 'Gade 800R in the winter and an '07 'Gade 800 in the summer. I also have another toy for the summer...'06 Cobalt SS supercharged running almost 300HP to the wheels.
I purchased my MXZ about 3 weeks ago and have been impressed with it since. I just spent the last 2 weeks, (couple hours a day), installing some aftermarket mods, both performance and cosmetic.
Here's what I have so far...extra gas can on tunnel, tunnel bag, blue flame vinyl package, custom electric blue headlights and side shields, Blue Carbon Fibre handguards, low windshield, and bellypan. MBRP Can, (Pipe on B/O), Bondi Engine Air box, Vforce 3 Reeds, and Cudney's Bullit head. I have a Dynamo Joe's trail clutch kit but I'm just waiting on the tools required to throw it on.
Here's a few pics so far...

Thanks for the compliments on the sled and welcomes to the forum.
I actually installed a blue carbon fibre shield on the stock winshield bracket and left the side shields on as well.
I'm gonna take the sled out for a rip in 2 days, will be the first ride since I installed all the mods, so hopefully all goes well.

To answer a few questions...we have a little more than a foot of snow as a base and a couple inches of fresh stuff. Been to cold here lately to snow!
I installed a blue carbon fibre windshield on the stock mounts and left the side shields on as well, makes for a different look.
I'm going out in a couple of days for a run, it will be the first one since installing all the mods so hopefully all goes well!
