So i finally went and picked up my new trailer. Been sitting there for a few months, just haven't had time to go get it. Anyway, I bought a bunch of superglides with the intention of doing two full length "tracks", for the skis. However, I ended up getting a rubber flooring. So now I'm not sure if I want to slap on the glides as well, or sell the 8 boxes I have in the garage?

What do you think? I haul nothing other than sleds.

Carbides would ripped up the flooring wouldnt it? I would put on the superglides.

They are not supposed to, but I sure would be pissed if they did. I think the aluminum around the floor storage would probably suffer the most. Probably will end up using the glides.

Hey Lenny

It looks like that is the poly-bead flooring as far as I can tell from the pictures, so it has the layer of rubber bonded to wood underneath. If that is the poly-bead flooring I would strongly suggest putting the superglides on it, as the carbides will cut through the rubber and then moisture will get under it and eventually the two layers will start to separate. You have the glides already I would install them, that's a good looking trailer and the with the glides on the floor it will stay looking like that.

For my next question, when would you angle off toward the front door with the glides? Right at the front tie downs, or before that? I can get a better picture if it helps.

I'm in the process of installing flex glides from Caliber.

Those look really good. Looks like they will do an excellent job guiding the skis.
