My "Ignore List" doesn't seem to work

Why does the ignore list work for some members (like LHF) but not for others? I cut and pasted this particular nuisances name twice in the last while and I am still faced with his replys every day...I'm sure a moderator knows who I am talking about....

It's not him. Its a certain Lonely person on an island and knows nothing about Snow, Mud, or the vehicles used....

Edit: just checked again...NOW he's back in the dark where he belongs. I've been moderated.
