For all you guys that strap it just past the y pipe dont you find that your food gets burned or heats up way too fast? I strapped mine to the can and by lunch time my food is warm. Ps never cut a hole in your exhaust pipe lol

it should come with a strap. most of them do. you can buy the whole kit on ebay for real cheap! all you gotta do is unpack it and put it around your pipe or y pipe if u got a cat and screw it on

I think it was on Schooled in the bonus footage that Chris Burandt showed what he puts in his everything he suggested sounded good but then again I have a weakness for food! I mounted mine vertical on the pipe just before the silencer connection and it works awesome. Dunno what I did without it😉🍻

I have attached a short video on the installation of a Muff-Pot on a Summit. I cut the clamshell but many have not and to each their own. When I sell the sled, the Muff-Pot is included so the hole in the clamshell is not a concern. I doo attach 2 clamps and one of the clamps is the muffler type clamp with a spring. The reason I doo that is because the water-pump type clamp tends to loosen with the heat/cold cycle of the muffler.

The new can (The Thing) from the Boulder Sled Shed in Revy is so hot that it cooks in 20 minutes. It is a 2-tier cooking system; hors d'oeuvre and main course! I will have a video on that one in the near future.
