Guys:

Am ordering a Mountain Addiction Bag and Fuel Jug setup for my new Pro that is getting built. Having to get it shipped to the States.

Thinking the 2 can set-up and the low profile bag. I love my Sled Solutions bag and how my EXTRA shovel fits on it. I repeat - extra shovel so I would appreciate it if the know-it-alls would desist from commenting that I should have one on my pack. Which I do. Thank you.

Does the strapping for the Mountain Addiction ones work just as well? All my shovels are the Ortovox Kodiak shovels. To which I repeat, I carry on both my tunnel bag and on my pack.

Works well on the bag. I have a cheap shovel I have used in my bag for the last two seasons. It is nice and easy to get out instead of taking my back pack off.

I also have the large bag and think it is a better way of going over the small bag. Sits the same height as the jerry cans.

I have the two can MA set up and the large bag. I carry my extra shovel on the large bag and it works well. I have not lost one yet, to put it that way.

I am glad I went with the large bag instead of the small. I have a smaller AV pack and find it nice having the extra storage space

I just mounted the large low profile bag to my pro.
The shovel blade seems to be held snugly in place. It is a little but of a struggle to get it in and out of the webbing. Not sure if I could do it with gloves on.
Same goes for the shovel handle. Fitting it in and out of the elastic straps out in the cold may be a bit of a chore. I have not read of anybody complaining of these issues so maybe it's just in my head.

I have the large bag and mount my extra shovel in the webbing. Haven't had any problems with the shovel or handle falling out and my sled gets rode hard and rolled over all the time.
