Hello all, I'm a early 40's off-road bike rider looking for other riders to explore the BC backcountry. Officially all of my my buddies have converted to four wheels, and now I find my buddies can't take the same trails as the bike can.
A little about myself, I'm 40, I ride a 2015 KTM300 xc-w, I enjoy exploring and pushing the ride til the trails ends or til the fuel tank is empty. I'm looking for likeminded riders. I have spent 15 years exploring the northern Alberta, Invermere, Fairmont, Radium, Panorama (where I own a condo and is a good starting point for some awesome backcountry) areas. I enjoy riding some of the old mining trails, alpine and scree (above the treeline), sand dunes, huge hill climbs, extreme technical negotiating, amazing views and destinations. I also enjoy a drink on the trail...in moderation of course.
