Here are a few pictures from the Rig Street area. We found a nice long bog with a relatively hard bottomed hole at one end that was opened up by the trucks the day before. So we took some of the kids for a ride in the mud on my RZR and another guys Rhino. This is my daughter going for her turn. Weather was beauty on Fri Sat and Sun. Sleet at 1100 ish around the fire and snow monday morn. I moved my motorhome to the road Sunday night as we new it was coming and no problem.

Sat. And Sun. were fantastic in Nordegg this weekend, woke up to about 4-5 " this morn. will try to post some pics as soon as I get them. Lots of snow high, and lots of mud down low...

X2. We got out on thursday and it was snowing hard. The snow was gone by mid friday morning and it was nice until sunday night. We logged well over 200 km on the machines over the weekend and had a great time. We were checked by the CO's 10 minutes after unloading and never were bothered again all weekend. All in all it was a great weekend. Oh and the fish were biting like crazy which was nice.

HEY Kokanee where abouts were you riding? That one pic looks steep for a RZR.

We were north west of seven mile creek, the picture of the big hill with my winch to the razor? it was 2 long and steep the brute barely crawled over the top smokin a bit, buddys renegade spun out 50 feet from top had to winch tree to tree to tree to get him up, and the old man on the razer, scared himself stopped crooked and we had to go down and hold him and get it fairly level( then winched him up/planted behind a rock, never again up that one luckily we found a way out on the backside, once you get past 200yrs up it around the first curve you basically commited.

Found a cross at the bottom with a camrose cycle key chain on it.... think somebody had worse luck lol..

Went out to Hope Lake Fri, sat, Sun, and Mon. got a little cold Sunday night other than that weather was great. pretty dry up there but still managed to find a few mudholes.. Did any one else see the disaster that the bush camping clowns left on north buck lake???
Pretty embarrassing, garbage, etc everywhere. That kind of stuff is gonna ruin it for all of us who show a little resepect to the trails etc.. Hope everyone had a great one.

Is the same "Elderly Lady" still running the campground up at hope?
I used to spend July long there every year...but finally she became too hard to deal with and was a nusence so then we discovered Elinor Lake....I love the campground and the lake is awesome for fighing, trails are always good, ride right to your site.....Like I said she was the reason we quit going, that was about 8 years ago
