just wondering if anyone did seriously damaged fiberglass repair? i have a kw cab that fell over that has the extended cab back on it, so was thinking of fixing it cuz its dam expensive for a new one!
Very possible and used to do quite a few back in the day.
Used to do many tractor hoods and vettes.
If it's on a corner, check for partial repair panels or even look for a wrecked cab that you can get a piece off of. Easier to repair a crack ie; your repair panel, be it new or used, than a hole.
If it was just sitting around as a spare??, then maybe you can part with it to a shop that can spend some "spare" time on and save you $$.
I went to Kelsey in S'toon for my papers, check in Edmonton for same and call them about doing the work. Back in the day, we had to work on donor cars that people got cut rates on the repairs through the school. Quality work mind you, good luck.
I see your other posts about "falling over" now. Sounds like you need something bigger that a patch. PM blastoff, he might be able to give you some leads.
il check with my foreman tommorow i cant remeber where but at the old shop we had a cpl trucks roll an he had somewhere he was sending them around the city i think, pm u tomorrow night if he has any ideas
