m8 low end bog

hey all. 2007 m8. stock with D&D can, v-force reeds. when starting out it has a nasty bog at about 1/8 to 1/4 throttle. can hear it kind of gurgle (hard to explain) through the pipe. at start to about 1/8 is good and above that its perfect. just looking for opinions on what could be. definately feels like fuel issue. any advice?

pulled the vforcee reeds out today. can see daylght and tips are chipped. anyone have any reeds to fit 07 m8 thgat they want to sell?
