The wife and I just bought a RV lot at Gull Lake and are looking forward to spending some time with our daughter out there. It's a pretty good location, the lot is large and they have a swimming pool, beach, marina etc for our use. I've never fished Gull Lake before, has anybody had any success fishing for Walleye there? Are there any quadding/sledding trails in the area?

Never caught walleye, but lots of pike. Shoot Wingwalker a message, his trailer has been out there for 4 or more years.
Good luck with the lot, maybe catch ya at the ice fishin' derby this year !

Congrats. I live about 10 minutes west. Did lots of fishing on Gull, the walleye aren't abundant, but the pike are. Your best bet is between 1/2 and 2/3 of the way accross the lake on the north side. Line up the road running east of Raymond shores, and the road running west of Parkland Beach, and stay on that line. I've pulled 20lb pike out of there.

Thanks, the lot is actually at Raymond Shores so it should be easy to find.

Nice lot I'm jealous we just rent on in Parkland across the lake from where you are
Only caught a couple of walleye on Gull biggest 6lb but some friends catch them regularly, lots of pike and whitefish and recently people have been catching a few perch.
best place for Walleye we have found is in birch bay on the west side or 1/2 a mile south or so past pelican point one east side
You have to watch your depth guage there are some shallow areas that have been known to smash a few props and outdrives

Good luck with the new campsite maybe see you out on the lake someday
