The best part is grande cache is just the otherside of renshaw more or less. As the crow flies it's about 40miles from the cabin up renshaw to grande cache. The mtn's around that area are already fairly white.

yep getting pretty excited!! Hearing next week they forecasting for some cold nights, in the negatives!! Probably wont see anything serious till November though,here in Plamondon.Hopefully we get allot of snow, like in the '08-'09 season!

Well as much as I can not wait to get on the sled...... I am not that jealous of GC just yet....... I need to ride my Harley from Ft Mac to Ft Sask tis Sunday.....brrrrr and hope no snow for that yet...... I know I will dress up in all my skidoo gear to bring the bike down :d

If it wasnt for Wilmore Wilderness Park , and the fact you cant even take a chain saw in there. You would have to put a trail pass both over there
