Looking to get into sledding again, where to start?

Hi, I sold off my old Arctic Cat 440 I think it was about 8 years ago. Would like to get back into it with my wife. Where do you start, I do not want to get all crazy. We have a Honda Ridgeline and I have a 16' deck trailer so I just need sleds and gear. now as for gear, what does a guy need other than the obvious (Boots, Suits, GPS and gas) ??.

Welcome to the site. Thats some questions. Where do you want to ride? Going double or 2 sleds? New riders both of you? I would start slow. Get a double up sled and spend the money on WARM clothing. If momma gets cold she aint happy,so keep her warm. Ski cloths dont cut it you need windproof for sure. HELMETS are a must both for protection and warmth.

After reding your sig. line I would suggest Greystokes area East of Kelowna. Large club with many members get out there and meet a few riders and see what they have. Look for family riders to start with
