Too bad I pulled out of the truck end back in '96, I was not a fan you could say. Still HD but not trucks

Side note, private fleet, dealership or other,.. how about field work?

You know one of my hardest working guys i have is 62 years old. Only down fall is grumpy s.o.b. Few years ago had to fill the shop with just bodies to get the work down.Yes we have few resumes come through but sooner do one less job and have quality work done the quantity. Cost us nothing but money in the long run. In the last year we've restructured are 2 shifts and got hell of new team going. As of Jan 4 with are heavy duty diesel engine division we've grabbed a whole new area customers. There's nothing we don't touch on Heavy duty trucks or automotive trucks.

sorry didn't mean it to come out like that. they usually aere the hardest workers on the floor. but sometimes have a hard time working for a younger boss. of course i mean only some of them not all i do not know all of them therfor cannot make that judgement just going by what my expieience has been.
