lefty handle as reg. throtle

ok so i cracked my block and i want to use a lefty handle for my reg. handle can i do it will my cable fit it is a T cable the bottom is the cable and the top goes into the lever

so......are you going to use it for ward like a brake and use your finger to opperate???? i did this with my quad and it was super dangerous i did a huge cat walk and it kinda threw me back and i was basically was pulling down on it and the throttle was wide open so i did a 100ft bumper rub and then bailed......i guess i could have just let off with my one finger but it happened so fast and i was holding on super hard to the bars it was crazy specially when i was on pavement and sparks were flying
