Anyone have or seen LEDs for fog or head lights or the ones p auto has for $10? What I would like to know if they would work for tower lights on a boat. Or helmet lights. I know they are bright but how far do they light?

Princess Auto for 10 bucks? Probably better off taping a flashlight on.

I really like my HID's, to bad DOT didnt.

The vast majority of HID's on the market do not have CSA approval and if the officer wants to be a pain in the arse, they can make you pull them on the spot.

yeah had a buddy a fews years back when they first came out that the cops made him take them out

To many guys use cheap HID kits without the proper projectors. Low beams are supposed to light up the road, only the road.

Remember the blue bulbs for headlights a few years ago Cops where having a field day with those! There are a number of vehicles that are running after market headlamps that are just too damn bright. you get those funny spots before your eyes, then wham! you hit the parked car ahead of you. Princess auto seems to not stock those LED lights any more needed some for a project and they don't seem to have them any more, they were quit bright even in red green or yellow.
