Please inform me. A buddy and I both have 2014 freerides with the same problem. KYB cylinder hitting A arm. Anyone else have the same issue? please discuss

i could be wrong but the shocks are on the sled coming out of the crate and a piggy back shock with reservoirs can only be put on one way.

Actually I think they could be install all four ways. Only one way will work properly.

i tried uploading a couple other photos but they failed and im out of time.

Anyway you can see the bottom of the cartridge is damaged from hitting the A-arm. The A-arm is scratched and one side has a dent....

This the same on 2 different sleds with 200km each. Seems to me I can lean the sled over on flat ground and make the cartridge touch the upper A-Arm.

I'd be demanding all new shocks and a-arms. looks like the shock might be tweaked with the reservoir twisted slightly to the shock, but either way its all scratched up.

That good. They are not the only shop that has done it. Happened a lot in 2011 and 2012 when the freerides first came out.
