Anyone here run the Koso Dual egt? I had the single last year with no problems what so ever, this year went to the dual setup and plugged into the same harness I had for the single and now when I rev the machine up the guage dies completly and when the idle comes back down the guage comes back, any ideas why? I also have a lazy probe on the mag side.

GROUNDING!!! the grounding is very important. if you find a good chassis ground. do not use the engine as a grounding point and ensure you have a semi clean power source.

I know that grounding is mui importante, but my single ran fine all last season without a hickup, does the dual draw more current or something? I had to install a rectifier cause of polaris neg or pos I cant remember. but had to install the rectidier to make the single work.

I have a set of fast acting probes here in stock for that unit. It is crucial that you install the new harness with the new gauge.

If the probe is pooched, I'll be contacting you, What makes the harness any different than the single? I couldn't see any difference unless I didn't look hard enough, it only has two wires

Koso has done away with the little black box in the harness. That is very critical to the operation of the new gauge.;)

What little black box? I'm staring at both harnesses and their exactly the same, one plug and two wires red and white.
