$300,000 isnt alot of money anymore.........my parents freaked but im glad i didnt pay $400-500,000 like it would have been a year or two ago. Not bad for a 23 year old. So glad to get out of the condo we lived in, i was so sick of doing a 5 point turn in the parking lot with my truck and most of all im super happy i dont need to keep my sled and quad at my parents 2 hours away because now i have a garage.

Looks great but ya gotta give a little TLC to the lawn...it's looking like something in the outskirts of vegas (or other desert town):d

Looks like a great house, congrats!

nice work

we would be looking at 50-70g more for something like that over here.
I wish houses were that cheap around here, even with an added 50-70k. In my town you're still looking at condos or small houses at $400,000:mad:

$300,000 in Saskatoon...who'd a thought the economy would ever allow that. Guess the good old days of low cost housing in Sask are gone.

Nice looking place, congrats on the new home.

been booming for 2-3 years out there bunny man....

good job congrats man!!

Nice looking place, congrats on the new home.

found out it was built in 2008 and they were asking $380,000 for it then, the build company pulled it off the market for a couple months and put it back on, i think it was back on for 3 months before i bought. oh and the driveway is being poured before Oct 1st.

I almost purchased one of those narrow houses with the narrow lot, double rear garage, and no driveway for $280,000 last year......so glad i didnt. you drive down the street and the streets so narrow and there is cars parked bumper to bumper both sides....yuk.

Whats even more gross when i moved to stoon the narrow houses were $120,000 no garage, when saskatoon boomed 2 years ago they went up to $420 no garage, now they are about $300,000 with a garage.

oh and thanks everyone, super pumped to move in monday
