Imagine if you will the entire island nation of Japan left uninhabital from fall out. the impact of 180 million refuge's upon the world would be staggering.An entire culture of people struck nationless!!

no problem, do like krammer on seinfeld, they can all sleep in dresser drawers. 20 to 30 in a 12ft room. or several hundred in a shipping container.

Unfortuneatly, I think those numbers will dwindle considerably by the time Japan become a deserted island.

No kidding WTF are we waiting for?? The supercarrier Ronald Regan is in theater. The US already has the target coridinates.there was three stelths sitting at Nellis doing nothing..cheap yammies and sony's for everyone..
They would have to be put into contamination and treatment (in order to purge any radiation from their system) and each person would have to be scanned for radiation sickness before they could be given refugee status. Its not likely that it will happen, but it is a very possibility. Im not a huge believer in 2012, but its events like this that make you wonder. A possible nuclear explosion in Japan from the power plants would spell catastrophe, and could have similar aftermath effects of the nuke that was dropped on Nagasaki up to and including: mutation, mass nuclear fall out, birth defects, radiation poisoning, and possible environmental effects. Not too mention effects that countries like China could suffer aswell.
*keep in mind a power plant explosion would be bigger than the nuke, and would rival Chernobyl.
