lol...

soo did you tow this out?

Yup, just dragged it out on the rails. Stopped to lift the sliders over a few dirt patches.

Those rails really sink in rotten snow...I had a grin ear to ear everytime I had to roost to keep the train rolling!

Took two sleds the last km. Busted a tie rod end when I got a little rammy.

I think the sliders are still good!

Spring riding...always entertaining!

Not to mention the lack of control.

one guy in our group blew one, we hose clamped it together to get out of the bowl we were in, and it finally went half way down the trail in Blue Lake.

The ride down was interesting, outa control sliding in the ditch....

Control wasn't an issue, just steered it like a dog sled.....LOL

Not being able to stop was the interesting part......:)

I tore my track off last season, but I didn't score very high in dismount pionts. ( More impaled then a dismount) ;)

After towing the sled backwards over 45kms out of Silent Pass, somebody told me about a trick they had figured out. Take the ripped track flip it upsidedown, strap it to the front bumper run it under the skid then strap up tight to the back bumper, sled stays up on the snow and you don't have to figure out how to get your junk track out of the back country.;)
Pulling backwards worked fine but we were a little scared of bending the tow sleds tunnel.
