Is one limiter strap OK?

I just upgraded from an '04 Skidoo Rev 800 to an '08 Skidoo XP Summit X 800. On my 04 there was 2 limiter straps. On my new sled I noticed there is only 1 limiter strap. I wouldn't have thought much about it but it is set on to one side of the skid. If it was centered I wouldn't have worried about it. Is this going to cause any problems? Do I need to or should I be getting a second one to put one it?
