was looking at my xm tonight noticed idler wheels in middle of the sled not inline. There are two mounting holes on the rails on the left side the wheel is in front hole and on right side the wheel is in the back hole or vise versa cant remember just wondering as I didn't do any changes to the skid is this normal or something that was installed wrong from factory? just wondering if someone could look at their machine and see if this is the case on it or not?

Yes normal, had to move mine in-line to mount the ice scratchers for the one side, never noticed a difference

Just pull them off... Problem solved lol. Easiest weight savings and less snow buildup! Just run scratchers.

X2 I take my wheels off my sleds. Run scratchers and no issues. I have 2000 plus on my 163 xm with no scratchers and the original sliders are still good. On a warm day when the snow is sticky you will be amazed at the lack of snow in the track compared to same sled with wheels.
