Ice Age is a joke of a company i ordered my rails a 6 weeks ago and their still not in.. Been trying to call them and they never answer the phone.. Anyone else have these troubles.. also wondering if there are any other companies that sell rails?

Have a look down for the post from Maxwell about a bent set of Iceage rails, seems like their looking after him though.

I never phoned them but they responded to about 3 emails i sent back and forth all within few hrs or so.

This was the guy i talked too over email.

yeah i have had nothing but great service from them.. only time i had a bit of tropble i believe he had some family issue he had to deal with. and that is totally understandable.. but ya. there great. dont forget 6weeks ago. everyone started gettig the itch and they want everything.. if you still waiting depending on what your looking for. give slave lake yamaha a call and they may have a set still sitting there for a nytro 162. but ya never an issue

I had a hard time getting them on the phone so i emailed and they responded. No one else making aftermarket rails that i know of.

I ordered mine on a Monday and had them on Friday.That was after going through customs.
Every email I sent to Jake was answered right away.

Never dealt with them personally, but have heard positive things about them. One thing to consider is that most everyone waits to order thier stuff in the fall either before or after the sled shows, and ALL aftermarket companies are scrambling to fill these orders, doesn't matter if it's SLP, Team Industries, D&D, VanAmberg, etc... if you want stuff to arrive in time for fall delivery, order it in the spring.

When I ordered mine I did both phone calls and e-mails and had responses in all cases.
5 days door to door to get my rails - no complaints here.
